We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and our educational mission. Refunds are available under specific conditions outlined below.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official channels. We review each request individually based on the specific circumstances and timeline involved.

Early Withdrawal Refunds

Students who withdraw within the first 14 days of course commencement are eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees.

Medical or Emergency Situations

We provide compassionate consideration for documented medical emergencies or significant life circumstances that prevent course completion.

Technical Issues

If persistent technical problems prevent access to course materials for more than 72 hours, students may be eligible for partial or full refunds.

Contact our student support team with your refund request and supporting documentation. Include your student ID and detailed reason for the request.

Initial Review

Our team reviews your request within 3-5 business days. We'll contact you if additional information is needed to process your request.

Decision Notification

You'll receive a written decision within 7-10 business days of your initial request, including details about approved refund amounts.

Processing & Payment

Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days and returned via your original payment method when possible.

Refund Amounts and Calculations

Refund amounts vary based on several factors including timing of withdrawal, course completion percentage, and specific circumstances. Here's how we calculate refunds:

Full Refund Scenarios

  • Withdrawal within first 14 days with less than 25% course completion
  • Documented technical issues preventing course access for extended periods
  • Course cancellation by TechGlowLogic due to insufficient enrollment
  • Medical emergencies with proper documentation submitted within 30 days

Partial Refund Calculations

When full refunds aren't applicable, we calculate partial refunds based on remaining course content and time elapsed. Students who have completed less than 50% of course materials within the first month may qualify for 50-75% refunds.

Administrative fees of NT,500 apply to all refund requests to cover processing costs and platform access fees already incurred.

Payment Method Considerations

We process refunds through the original payment method whenever possible. However, some payment methods have specific requirements:

Credit Card Refunds

Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days but may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. We provide transaction reference numbers for tracking purposes.

Bank Transfer Refunds

For payments made via bank transfer, we'll need current banking details to process your refund. International transfers may incur additional fees that will be deducted from the refund amount.

Third-Party Payment Platforms

Refunds through platforms like PayPal or digital wallets follow their respective processing timelines, typically 3-7 business days after we initiate the refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

While we strive to be flexible, certain situations don't qualify for refunds under our policy:

  • Course completion exceeding 75% of total materials
  • Withdrawal requests submitted more than 60 days after course start date
  • Inability to attend due to work schedule conflicts (disclosed after enrollment)
  • Dissatisfaction with course difficulty level or time commitment
  • Technical issues resolved within 72 hours of reporting
  • Failure to meet prerequisite requirements disclosed during enrollment

We encourage all prospective students to review course descriptions, prerequisites, and time commitments carefully before enrolling to avoid disappointment.

Special Circumstances

We understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. Our student success team reviews special circumstances on a case-by-case basis, including:

Military Deployment

Active military personnel called to unexpected deployment can receive full refunds or course deferrals with proper documentation from commanding officers.

Family Emergencies

Documented family emergencies requiring extended absence may qualify for course deferrals to future sessions or partial refunds based on completion percentage.

Job Loss or Economic Hardship

While not automatically qualifying for refunds, we work with students facing genuine economic hardship to find solutions including payment plans or course deferrals.

Appeals Process

If your refund request is denied and you believe the decision was made in error, you have the right to appeal within 30 days of the decision notification.

Appeals should include additional documentation supporting your case and a detailed explanation of why you believe the initial decision should be reconsidered. Our academic director reviews all appeals personally.

Appeal decisions are typically rendered within 10-14 business days and are considered final. We'll provide written explanation for all appeal outcomes.
